How long do you have to be a member in order to get a cool picture under your name? :P

Just click on the "Profile" link at the top of the page and then scroll down to the section about the 'Avatars'. Then all you have to do is upload an image from your hard drive.

The one requirement is that it is no larger than 80 X 80 pixels and less than 6kb in size.
