  1. I tried to open a xvid file on tmpge and it said it wasn't supported.
    Any way to fix this?

  4. got that part.
    I have xvid codec installed on my pc I can watch the movie on windows media player. I set direct show media priority to 1 but still get same message.
    does xvid codec need to be installed directly onto tmpge?

  5. okay, I just saw that this particular movie is also ac3. I will install that codec. that should solve problem.
