Anyone know of a quick and cheap program that will accept MPEG2 and WAV (or even better ac3) elementary streams and let me cut out a couple of segments and save the file as elementary streams (without re-encoding).
I have encoded a DVD complient (vbr) video, went to author and burn and found I am too big by about 100meg, therefore the need to chop out a couple of scenes. I do not want to have to re-encode as the process takes 12 hours.
Any Quick thoughts?
