I own a LG DVD-RAM DAD8020B which is giving me major problems.
The manufacturers specs state I can use RAM disks and DVD-R disks.
The RAM disks are no problem using the OEM software that came with the drive(Instant Write2.5) but the only software that recognises the drive that I have found so far is Instant CD/DVD6.5. Although I can choose the LG as recorder, it reports that there is no media in the drive so I can not write a DVD. The disks are TRAXDATA 4.7 DVD-R. Does anyone have any clues as to what I can try next? Nero and many other like programs do not support this particular drive. I am about average computer literate with around 10 years in computing. Any help in this matter will be greatly apreciated.
