I am using datawrite DVD+r's and a Philips DVDR 890.

Everytime I use the timer to record a program with these discsm the DVD recorder cannot find the data when I try and play it back. There is definately something burnt on the disc - I have checked.

I use other media and it works fine. Also when I just press "record" - it records OK on these discs, but only when I timer record or Videoplus it !!!

Anyone have any ideas ?
