    I have an mpeg that I want to make a vcd out of, with nero express, problem is it is a little to big to fit, is it possible to crop off the credits to make it fit or do I have to re-encode, if so what program do you recommend, this is driving me crazy, thanks in advance.

    Just chop off the credits, and maybe some of the Intro if it has nothing to do with the story. Try VCDCutter or TMPGEnc.
