  1. Hi! I have been making VCD's from tv shows by capturing directly from my Win TV Go FM card using the tutorial found on this site. Great help!

    I also have a bunch of videos I would like to copy to VCD so I tried that using a Dazzle DV 80 card to capture the video and the quality was terrible.

    I have read on the various boards that the Win TV PVR card can be used, but can I use my Win TV Go card to capture video? If so, how would I get the video input? All the channels I can tune in with it are TV channels, there's no auxilliary channel that I can find.

    If it doesn't have video in, then you can't. You can use a VCR (you said videos, I assume you have them on tape and not on your harddrive?) and use the RF out, but that generally looks pretty bad. You'll need some heavy filtering to clean it up.
