    i need to make a vcd (kinda like a presentation) out of some pics i got in jpg, like 20 sec. delay and then the next pic.
    what to do?

    Try ProShow from photodex.com. Allows you to make a slideshow with very nice transitions, and allow each slide as much time as necessary. The show can be written as a VCD, SVCD or exe file as well as other forms of presentation.

    Try Slide Show Movie Maker. It works great and it's free

    My favorite commercial product for this type of project is Ulead DVD Pictureshow 2.
