I would like to find editing software (doesn't have to be free) that can extract MPEG2 video with AC3 audio from VOB files and allow for editing like simple cutting of scenes and then author back to a DVD. I would like to edit out certain scenes in commercial DVD's. I know Ulead has Workshop AC3 which is about $400 or so. Is there anything cheaper. I don't want to get into extracting the video and then reencoding...too much time wasted. Let me know if you have found anything.
