  1. How do i put a black background behind a 16:9 movie, that way i can keep it at the tv's 4:3 ratio and wont have the movie get all squished up from dumb programs that automatically squish it up. Any recommenations or how tos? Thanks in advance!

What the hell is your question? you have an anamorphic movie you want to add borders to? you want a program that can play back anamorphic video? you have a widescreen movie you want to make full screen? be a bit more specific.

  4. I wasnt to add a a black 4:3 sized box behind my current sized 16:9 ratioed movie so that i would not have to cut the movie aspects to fit right. The programs i have dont burn it as a 16:9, then fit them to the 4:3 aspect and i was just wanting to find a way to put in a 4:3 ratioed box BEHIND the 16:9 film so that out of the top and the bottom are the black boxs like you see while watching a normal dvd. how would this be done, and with what programs?

I would think that a decent editor program would do what you want.

I tried doing what you asked about on Premier and it seems to set the border to black by default. You'll have to set the 16:9 clips to "Maintain Aspect Ratio" in the editor.
