Is there any other programs i can use to convert d2v to mpeg other than TMPGEnc please i need help TMPGEnc takes toooooo long

First of all, it wouldn't make a SIGNIFICANT difference if you used another encoder than TMPGEnc. You can shorten the encoding by minimizing the quality....
Quality = Time, Less Quality = Less Time.
Otherwise, if you're so destined to find another working encoder, you just need to find another encoder that support VFAPI (which is probably doubtful)...
I say if you're so unsatisified with the encoding time, degrade the quality of the encode (then you're just be unsatisified with the quality in the end).
It's your choice.

You can use CCE, CCE is much faster than TMPGenc, but the real problem is your system
No insult, it's just that encoding MPEGs takes a lot of time.
I had a K6-2 500 and it took me 18hrs to encode a 90min movie to MPEG1 (wasn't even using the best settings back then). Now I have a Tbird 1.2Ghz and w/ CCE encoding MPEG2 at 1~1.25x the source runtime (but then I often use 1-3pass VBR). MPEG2 encoding in TMPGenc runs about ~3x the source runtime.
