    How often should you have your DVD Recorder cleaned and aligned? I have the Panasonic DMR-E30 and the extended warrenty from Best Buy so it is covered?

    Well, a VCR you might have to. However, a DVD Recorder is not the same. If it's not broke (yet), don't bother with it. It's good that you do have the warranty though.
