  1. After ripping My Big Fat Greek Wedding with Dvd Decrypter writing it in FILE mode and compressing/editing it with DVD2one, I used Recordnow Max to burn it to disc as a Data disc. Though it burnt my disc, unfortunately, I am not able to view it on any of my 2 home dvd players. The movie plays almost instantly, the moment I pop it into my computer's dvd drive, which by the way is the same drive that I used to burn it. So why can't I view it on a home dvd player? Should I have ripped it in ISO mode instead of File mode? Thanks in advance.

Did you check your DVD compatability?

My parents Samsung combo unit won't play -RW or +RW and has some problems with -R.

  3. I really don't know. The two dvd players that I have are not listed: Kenwood DV-403 and Sony portable DVD-LV75. If any of you could verify either dvd players compatability for DVD+RW and DVD+R, that would be great. Thanx

Ok the Kenwood DV-403 will not play any DVDR format go here https://www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers.php?DVDnameid=614&Search=Search&#comments

The Sony I can't find which makes me think it also doesn't play DVD+/- media.

Looks to me like you will need to get another player. Are you in the states?
