Stripping Audio and subs - IC7 or IFOedit?

There are so many posts and I feel like I have read most of them...
but still I wonder if IC7 can handle the audio stripping any good, since I have read it shouldn´t be used for title stripping cus it will miscalculate the size and all.

or should I just strio it in ifo edit, I am stripping the vob ID´s there anyways but it´s easier to strip the audio and subs in IC7
