    Hey, i encoded half baked into the proper NTSC format into a m2v file and the audio file. What program can i use to join them toghether in sync? I tried ifoedit but the audi wasnt in sync

    TMPG, click file, mpeg tools, and simple multiplex and browse to your m2v and mp2/mpa files.
