Hi all, decided to jump in and ask some questions, you`ve probably answered these over and over but I`ll ask anyway!
I am looking to convert loads of videos I have into VCDs, and was wondering on the best PCI or USB capture device for the least cash..I am only interested in VCD`s, not DVD, so that isn`t a consideration. I just need something easy to use with good results, that isn`t going to break the bank. I kind of know the ins and outs, programs, etc, but I don`t want to spend what cash I have on hardware that`s crap.
It doesn`t have to be for TV, just a common or garden input device for analogue VCR signals.
My PC is a Celeron 700 , with 196odd mb ram, 40 gb hard drive, cdr, etc etc. Win98se
Any help is appreciated, I am in the UK, if that helps with any recommendations.
Cheers!
