    I have downloaded a movie in tar format and i was wonderin what is the best way to convert it to svcd. I am new at this i do have tmpgenc and there is no way to use it for this that I know of.
    Any ideas to help me?






    Also can anyone pm me on where to download good movies?

    You are not allowed to download movies trough internet, thats illegal!

    .tar is an format like .zip
    unpack it with WinRAR and see further from what you got then
