  1. I have never had problems with TMPgenc until I recently upgraded computer. AMD 2200 XP, Win XP SP1, 1 GB DDR ram, 40 GB Hard drive. NO UTILITIES running on system. Real fast, real clean. I can make a SVCD compliant mpeg2 file in a little over an hour. It plays beautiful and is perfect until I cut it. When I use TMPgenc to cut it, the last 10 seconds or so of the audio is missing. Just goes dead silent the last 10 seconds but the sound is there on the original file. I have the correct settings for cutting and I have done this a 100 times previous with no problems. I've already reinstalled TMPgenc. I am lost. Can anyone help ?

You could use bbMPEG to cut. bbMPEG is in the Tools Section to your left.
