Menu's + Movie on 1 disk, extra special features on 2nd disk

Does anybody know an EASY way to put the menu's and the movie on 1st disc and the special features and extra's on the 2nd disc. I dont want to compress everything on 1 disc, Im planning on buying a 61" HDTV and dont want any compressed, grainey, blurred picture.

Whats the best way to do this I use DVDXCVOPY you cant do that with it, I tried DVD2ONE it didnt work and I havent tried InstantCopy because it takes to long to procees thats why I dont use it. thanks

I guess im asking questions in the wrong forum evertime I have questions nobody knows the answer, Im sure I know more then most of the people in here, I think Im wasting my time asking questions in here.
