Hi all.
Can I load .SUB (subtitles format) into MaestroSBT, and save as .SUB?

Huh? You have a sub script and want to keep it as sub? What exactly do you want to do (and/or why not give it a try and find out)
But to answer your question, MaestroSBT really only takes SSA scripts. -
