I would like to be able to make an image of a dvd I own (becouse I would like to run the application from my server who doesn't have a dvd-player) . But since it's not a movie-dvd I can't figure out how. All info I find seems to be relating to movie-dvd's so I would be greatful if someone could tell me what to do.

what type of DVD is it? You say multimedia..but what is it..drivers, software? what? You should be able to make an "ISO" to make a backup of that.

It's an encycloperdia, with text, short movies, pictures,..
I've tried programs like CDRWin, but they doesn't seem to work. So I don't know what to try next. -
do you know what the total file size is? I'm not familiar with that type of disk, but there may be hidden files you aren't seeing or something..I don't know. Try and make an "ISO" with DVD Decrypter. Hopefully that will work.
