Hi there,
Is there a tool for splitting mpeg2 files that doesnt copy the file? I have used TMPGEnc until now but it creates a copy of the file split. Is there one which just simply cuts the file into two parts?
I have been using TMPGEnc for a while now to convert from DivX to SVCD. A few of my movies seem jerky when played on the DVD player. Is this because I have my settings wrong for the type (PAL/NTSC)?
Could somebody tell me what settings are worth using.
Also, I have just encoded a few files that I cannot play in WM9, but will in WinDVD. Is this just a codec problem? I am pretty sure all the settings in TMPGEnc are default apart from the necessary bitrate/aspect/etc.
Thanks
Allan
