hi, anybody can help, i have plan to transfer from handycam to vcd format. someone can help me.
should i buy a vga card with video in or maybe i should buy a capture card (pinnacle studio vcd). any suggestion?
and can u tell me the good and bad using vga with video in and pinnacle studio vcd?
