Hi,
I met a weird problem. Before using intel IPP lib, I used bbmpeg to generate mpeg2 file. I generate the svcd file complying with the svcd standard(480x480 , 2.5Mbits, 29.97 fps) . it plays well both in computer with software and DVD player.
Recently, I ported my code to intel IPP lib. Then I got a weird result, the
svcd file is running ok in computer, but the picuture is broken in DVD player. I asked intel tech support whether there have any incompatiable encoding algorithms in their lib, they said no. Does somebody have any advices?
I can send the mpeg2 file to you if someone has interesting in it.
