What i mean by anything is the audio and video. I have tried a few and I want to start making menus on my dvds. Does anyone know of any software that does this?

I would recommend ULEAD DVD Workshop. It can encode, if you want, but it will also accept valid streams without re-encoding. However, having seen DVDLab specs, at least on paper, it appears better.

You can download a trial version of DVDWorkshop (for 30 days) and use until DVDLab comes out.
The more I learn, the more I come to realize how little it is I know.

Assuming your source files are all done and processed properly and in elementary streams

    m1v or m2v's
    ac3's
psd for overlays on menu's (I'd recommend DVD Menu Stdio as mentioned above)

    Then I'd go with

    Sonic's DVD Producer
    or
    SpruceUp DVD Maestro v2.9
