  1. I just bought a Norcent DP-300 DVD player and and used the DVD hack posted on this site to set the regional coding to zero.

Now, I wanted to copy a DVD to a VHS tape and I connected my RCA composite cables from my dvd player to the "Input composites" on my VCR and hit the "record" button on my VCR but it recorded nothing from the DVD!!! I even used an unprotected VCD and unprotected DVD and it still doesn't work !!!

Can anyone tell me what's going on, please ???Can this be done without using a computer????

  2. It's because Macrovision protection is at work. You can beat it with some gadgets. Since you are in this site, you can see there are better ways to copy DVD.
