This way has been working for me so far. DVD Decrypter first. VIDEO_TS and main movie files. If everything comes out to be under the 4.36 GB size it's fine. Scene select from the menu takes me to the correct place ( I generally like to keep the menu just for the scene select and setup functions ). Now when the movie is over the DVD-r size I run it through DVD2ONE. This is where i run into problems. Scene select is now off and the way I fix it is that I run it back through IFOEdit. That's another 20-30 mins. Is there just a way to fix the pointers of whatever you call them that links it to the correct time of the chapter without having to run the whole thing through again. I guess I'm just looking to fix the IFO and that's it.
Also the way I do this usually produces a movie that plays first then if I choose to go to the menu I can do so from the remote. I asked about fixing this last week and nobody answered back. What can I do to make the menu start first when I put in the disc. I know it's probably an easy fix but I don't even know where to began.
I'd appreciate any help. Hope I was clear enough.
Thanks

you need ifoupdate.
put it in adjusted cell mode, easy to use and sorts your problem out in seconds plus you will get your menu first.

It worked. Although it erased the link for the play button. Weird. That really helps out with time. I was alittle confused on the whole ORIGINAL file and AUTHORED file. I thought original would mean the this is the one that I want to copy to the other but it's the opposite. Guess I don't have the lingo down yet. Now I have to figure out how to make the menu's play first on my past work. Thanks again.
