Power DVD software problems

I bought LG´s DVD Rom 16 X and Power DVD software to play my original DVDs on, but I got the following problem when I try to play them:

When I insert any DVD ( region 4 ) in LG, a message appears and say that my display card is not working properly; " when the tv out of my display card is enable " . My display card is a Ge Force 2 mx 400 excalibur and it´s perfectly compatible with it ( according to Power DVD site ). How can I disable the TV out function ??? On video properties appears 2 monitors...

Try this link.
I used these steps to turn on my TV Out for recording to VCR.
You might be able to use it to turn it off instead.
It does deal with GeForce2
