I am wondering what video editing software is the best to use that has the most features?im putting together a video and i wanted to put some good effects into it,is there any demos or freeware out that i should look at?thanks for the help

Hey, Adobe has a 30 day trial for Premiere, which i think is the best of the best for computer editing.
It is the full version of the software, im pretty sure.
P.S. the file is 76mb so highspeed internet is strongly suggested. -
on the freeware side, Virtualdub can't be beat.
MovieXone is a non-linear editor, kinda limited but it has some effects and has a freeware version.
Jashaka is a cross-platform non-linear editor & compositor which I think just hit a stable version.
And Zwei-Stein is apparently decent (I recommended it to another forum poster, and it helped him out... I haven't had a chance to play with it yet).
all should be easily found through a Google search. MovieXone might be a little harder to dig up the free version, I hit a lot of bad links before I dug it out. Persistence is the key.
