DVD-9 to DVD-5 without menu, the fastest way

Well I've been reading Baldrick guide about "how to copy any dvd to one dvd", and that guide is a nice one. But since I want to copy dvd-9 to dvd without menus, I've got one or two questions.
When using dvddecrypter to rip before using dvd2one, isn't it the quickest way to skip "edit-select all" procedure (written in the 30th march guide), since I don´t want all the extra. If i do skip that, what about when I use dvd2one, will "movie-only" and "full disk" give the same results ????

I will use this method (without menu and extra) with most of the movies I will copy since I love it when the movie just starts when you put the disk in the drive (my kid will also love it). Also I get better picture quality.

just run dvd decrypter in file mode. it will select the main movie for you. now just rip it and then run it though dvd2one.
