    im trying to convert a captured avi to svcd using virtualdub and cce 2.50
    im using the ES option to make a multipass encode.

    i want cce to convert the audio to a mpg ,so i check the audio tab.
    but for some reason its not working - i cant get cce to produce a mpg audio file for me.

    the audio of the avi is wav so i dont understand what is going on.

    please help !!!

    personaly i never use cce for audio, just for the ES. i use cooledit, then besweet to do all the audio then multi-plex with tmpg. cce just sucks with audio. my personal opinion

    Yes, besweet and/or CoolEdit is the way to go.
    And IMHO CCE 2.50 isn't fit for avi audio anyway.
