    When i first stripped the DVD i had 8 audio tracks and I ripped the first one but there are no speaking parts on that track....how do i rip the second track of audio

    You just need to be sure to select the correct track when ripping the DVD. Rerip, including all audio tracks that you want to retain. If your not sure, rip the entire DVD, then stip out only those streams you don't want.
