  1. 1/2 DVD HQ profile in WinDVD recorder really rocks.
My source was from DV Cam S-video. Using ATI AIW 128 pro

It was amazing. After trying so many applications, by keeping quality as well time for making DVD, my vote goes to WinDVD recorder.

    For Capture - WinDVD recorder
For making Video Folder - Movifactory
    Burning DVD -Nero or CopyToDVD

    Quality is almost DV

  3. i usually record 1hr video. May be it will hold another 10 to 20 mins. not more than that. i am at office. I will reply tomorrow for max mins for this profile. But really, quality is awesome. Almost no diff with source. Very very easy way to capture as dvd compliant mpeg.

  5. I got WinDVR it came free with my Kworld generic TV Tuner for recording and timeshifting. I use it wirth my Aver EasyDVD (Scrapped the tv tuner) It caps great, I use full D1 resolution custom setting Audio at 384kbps. I love it. According to their site windvr, and WinDVD recorder both de-interlace on the fly as it records and it runs some other filter whist capping, and well my mpeg2 caps are gorgeous, no dropped frames. I love it. And heck I got it bundled so itwas nice and cheap if you count the tv tuner cost. I guess you'd have to count it specially cause I don't use it but hey 50bucks at comp show. It also came with Win Director Pro, but tyhat ap sucks wet donkey knob. But Windvr is almost identicle to WinDVD Recorder, so I would agree it rocks!!!!!!!!!!
