SpruceUp Disc Image Help Needed - Desperate!

I am trying to create a Disc Image in SpruceUp just as I've done a thousand times before. Only this time, it completely compiles the image, then fails when it begins to write it to the hard drive. I get an error pop-up box that says "Operation Completed Successfully" only it has "Error" as the title of the pop-up!!!!!!! I'm desparate for help here. I've tried rebooting, changing the name of the Disc Image, changing the location I am saving it to. All without success.

i had similar probs when first used spruce up.it would create image and when i went to check file size it was 0mb!!!
i tried uninstalling the prog and did a re-install and touch wood that seemed to have solved the problem.
apart from that i cant say why it really happened. i hope this helps.
