Cause u can get 90% of a file downloaded and then end up in like poistion 1209 of someone's que when their r other ppl who have the file, but the POS program won't ask them.

It was obviously designed by people with very little to no intellegence. I have 15 ppl n it says "no more parts needed"

Why doesn't the dumb program get the other pieces from these ppl instead of waiting.
