    hi i want to know what is better in quility i convert AVI to vcd and record them to a vcr it turns out good but i want to know if one of the video cards with tv out is better to use?i don't care how long it takes just how it turns out

    Through TV Out would look pretty good. It'd be much easier just to watch the AVIs instead of re-encoding them!
