    .spc
    .srt
    .sub

    Please help

  2. You can export .sub thanks to TitleLab (alpha) is freeware which will convert yr subs in a .txt file. Then use Subtitle editor provided with DVD SP.

    ok

ive done it once, and its a bitch to wait for.

    ok

    insert your dvd

then open a new terminal and type

mplayer -dvd 1 -sub 1 -dumpsrtsub -sid 1

the -sub indicates what subtitle to rip, the -sid indicates the same.

    try this

ull have to wait since it has to actually play the whole movie.

    Hrmmm

Ive tried maybe 70 different ways in the past 24 hrs. Ive got one of them done, but it uses mencoder, and u have to do a whole encode to get the subs.

I PM'ed major and asked him about adding it to ffmpegX. Im still waiting for him to respond.

Hopefully, he will find a way of adding it in, then are sub problems will be over(maybe).
