  1. I captured a couple TV programs in mpeg2 format and I am trying to put them on a DVD. Here is what I have done so far:

    1. Lowered the bitrate of the video with tmpg.
    2. Then I used tmpg's mpeg tools to de-multiplex the file. I did this so I could load the files into DVD Maestro.

I loaded the files into Maestro and made the DVD. When I played the DVD the audio sounds about 0.5 seconds late. I looked at the length of the audio and video files in maestro and they were different. The Video was 21:27:27 and the audio was 21:27:28.

My audio file is a .mp2 file and my video is a .m2v file. Does anyone have any suggestions how I could fix the audio? Or does anyone know of some other mpeg2 de-multiplexors?

    Thanks

  2. I loaded the files into Adobe Premiere. I loaded the original mpeg2 file (before de-multplex). I then loaded the de-multiplexed video file and Audio file. The demultiplexed Audio file and the original mpeg2 file are of the same length. The de-multiplexed Video file is 3 seconds shorter. Does anyone have any ideas why I lost some of my Video when I de-multiplexed with tmpgenc? I tried Xmuxer and it did the same thing.

    Thanks
