    I recently read a post about extracting sound so it would not be a mpeg sound file. I was wondering how you go about it in TmpgEnc? The post is quoted below.

    "Use TmpgEnc to extract your audio as PCM (basically uncompressed WAV file). Use the "replace audio" button of Ulead MF2 to load this PCM file and see if it helps. "

    After you have loaded your video into TMPGenc, select File -> Output to file -> Wave File.

    This will extract the audio as a WAV regardless of what the original audio format is.
