    I have captured a few videos with VirtualDub. I used the same settings for all the videos. When I open one of them in VirtualDub and append another video I get this message:

    Cannot append avi segment: The videostreams have different data formats.
    Anyone an idea what to do?

    Check under File Information and make sure they're the same fps, res. and codecs.
