    I have a mv2 file and no program will process it...its fps is the 23 standard ntsc film setting....its not interlaced in anyway...

    When i went to burn it after ifoedit my dvdplayer saw it as a dvd but just skipped to the next disc...how can i fix this...

    :note: this is a conversion from PAL to NTSC

    I ripped the PAL DVD to my hd....then I made an AVISYNTH script that read like this...

    LoadPlugin("C:\PROGRA~1\DVD2SVCD\MPEG2Dec\mpeg2dec .dll")
    mpeg2source("C:\PROGRA~1\DVD2SVCD\Movie\DVD2AV~1.D 2V")
    AssumeFPS(23.976, False)
    BicubicResize(720,480)

    Now I have an AC3 audio track from the DVD and a m2v video track from the DVD....What do i need to do to the Video to use it in an editor or even burn it using IFOtools correctly....

    Sorry for the topic name...I just wasn't sure what kind of problem this was
