I'd like to capture some old VHS movies to my PC for conversion to VCD or perhaps DVD. I have tried this before, but either there was A/V synch problems or the picture looked like crud!![]()
Would using a time base corrector solve the problem or is there an application that I can be used? Currently I capture with a Win-TV GO and the Universal WDM driver (awesome combo and cheap!). I would appreciate any help you can offer.
