I have pinnacle 8.3 and have a RCA camcorder (very old) I plug it into a video card using composite and start to capture. The video shows up but the audio doesn't. i don't know if i pluged it in wrong.(pretty sure i did it right) or if it is in pinnacle?

Do you use Pinnacle8 AV? If you use Pinnacle8AV to capture video, you need to
feed audio from comcorder to the line-in jack on your computer. Pinnacle8AV only
captures video. The audio is captured by the sound card of your computer. -
i plugged the the cord from camcorder to the line in jack. Do i need another device to capture sound because i still didn't get sound.
