    Ok I couldnt find a guide for this so maybe some of you can help me out.

    What is the best way to convert a PAL dvd to NTSC. I ripped my Ichi the Killer Region 2 dvd with Smart Ripper, then used DVD2ONE and burned with nero. I figured it would be encoded to NTSC but wasnt it was still region 2. Now I wanna have a back-up NTSC of this and my region 3 Battle Royale. It's better than having to lug around my region free dvd player. Whats the best way of doing this?
