    I converted a file to mpg and then wanted to use winoncd to burn it to vcd but when i drag the file down i get invalid muxter rate PLEASE HELP

    Tell us how you converted it. With TMPGEnc or and what settings you used.

    I am having the same problem. I converted the file with DVD2AVI and then used TMPGEnc to make the mpg. BitRate: 2500.

    I used tpmpegnc the file was divx avi the settings i used were stream type mpeg-1
    size 352 x 288
    aspect ratio 1.1 vga
    frame rate 25fps
    rate control constant birate cbr
    bit rate 1150
    high quality

    video source non-interlace
    source aspect 4.3 625 line pal
    full screen

    as it took 3.5 hrs to convert i would be extremly grateful for help
    as i said be for the error i got with winoncd was muxer error
