VCD from mpeg file

Hi,

I am a newbie for VCD authoring.
I've a 1gb mpg file. I want to make VCDs out of it ?

How do i do it ?
Can I break it into two using Adobe premiere ?
Or.. what is a better way to break the file.

Now the second part is, can I burn mpg files in VCDs using
NTI CD maker 6.0 ?

No, your VCD has to be under 800MB in order for it to be burnable.
