    When using TMPGEnc ver 2.58 encoding avi to pal svcd, i have been receiving stream error 28% into progress. the film is very high quality divx. Can anyone help me?

    If it happens at the same spot every time,it's likely a bad frame in the video as per the previuous poster.It happened to me once also.Cut out the frame,or make another avi.It worked for me.
