Ok I finally got TMPGEnc to work without giving me a wierd module error every 30 mins. Now that I encoded it(looks great by the way), it's around 2 gigs per 45 mins. How do i go about trying to fit 4 of these 45 min chunks on a dvd movie when clearly they will be over the limit? Thanks

Try using a bitrate calculator, there are several in the tools section, the adjust the encoders bitrate accordingly.
The size of an mpeg file is determined by just two things, bitrate and movie length, thats all you need to worry about in this respect. If using VBR encoding a bitrate calculator will tell you what Average bitrate is needed.
