taking out xtras

i use dvddcrypter to decrypt the dvd and then use instant copy to take out certain audio and subtitles but how do i take out the xtras i downloaded a reg patch.it has a programme attached called v strip gui.i guess this is for taking out xtras but i acant work it out.is there a guide anywhere on how to use this
