  1. I am getting the following "The owner SID on a per user subscription doesn't exist" error using InstantCopy.

Searching the threads, they mention something about either the remote desktop causing the problem or some audio difficulties. I do not ever use the remote desktop so I do not know what it is about. How do I go about fixing this problem? Thanks...

sounds like you either have a pirated copy "shame shame" or someone pirated your copy and rendered your copy useless as long as you are connected to the internet

try disabling your internet connection and then use the program

The SID is associated with W2K or XP Security Identifier. Did you rename, delete or change USERS on your computer? This problem could also occur because you did something to the REGISTERY.

  6. jarvis1781,
You are wrong since it has nothing to do with an internet connection. I found out from an old historical thread that this error was encountered before and it involves the monitor setting. I accidentally changed the monitor setting to 16 bits and a simple matter of resetting the monitor setting back to 32 bits fixed the problem. It is now working fine. Please refrain from accusing someone of having a pirated copy until you are actually sure of it.
